How do I print the QR codes?
Using our Shopify app you have the ability to connect the unique QR codes to your packing slip or note card solution so that it prints automatically with no extra steps for fulfillment. We want to make your life easier! If you don't use packing slips or note cards we have a pre-printed option available upon request.
How do I pay and get paid?
If your store is on Shopify, payment happens automatically after a sale. For corporate gifting, events, or in-store sales, contact us to let us know your use case and we can provide an easy, low-cost solution.
How much does SWAQ cost me?
On Shopify there is no upfront cost. You set the retail price. After you collect, we charge $0.95 each message after your free, promotional messages run out.
How much should I charge?
We suggest $1.99 per message or less but you can charge whatever works for you. There are so many built-in, actionable marketing opportunities that will far outweigh base price revenue so we suggest keeping the retail price low. For that reason, some of our merchants partners don't charge anything.
Does SWAQ require backend integration?
Thankfully, no! Our turn-key Shopify app, corporate gifting and pre-printed solutions require zero technical lift. Have questions about getting started? Just send us a message or set up a call.

Absolutely. You can request an api key in the form below. We can also create custom endpoints.
My store is not on Shopify but I would like some automation.
While we are working on apps for all the major eCommerce platforms like Demandware and Magento among others, merchants can either use our no-code solution or develop their own integration using our api. Send us a message and we will show you how.
I want custom branded pre-printed cards or labels
We can print custom cards or labels with your brand, no problem! Just set up a call on our calendar.
How do I keep my sent and received messages?

How can I share my videos on social media?
After you create a free and easy account, you can share directly from your sent and received message tabs. Just click the share icon.
I received the link to create my video by email but I want someone else to create the video. What do I do?
I want to create my video from my desktop but I can't access my computer's native 'Photos' app library.
SWAQ is mobile optimized, but you can create your video from your laptop. Simply export the video you want to use from the library of your computer’s native app (E.g. Photos) and then select it as a file.
